Delete Your
Moolyam Account
Users can request deletion of their Moolyam account and associated personal data. Follow the instructions below to complete this process.
Delete from the mobile app
- Open the Moolyam app.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm your deletion request.
If you cannot access the app
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:
info@moolyamrealestate.comPlease include the following in your email:
- Registered Mobile Number
- Full Name
- Reason (optional)
What happens after deletion?
- Your account will be permanently deleted.
- Personal information associated with your account will be removed.
- Data that must be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, or accounting purposes may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
- Once deletion is completed, your account cannot be restored.
